This service delivers complete lifecycle technical oversight, layout siting, and configuration validation for military and civilian airfield infrastructure, covering permanent, semi-permanent, and expeditionary installation configurations. We provide site-specific technical direction for sub-surface pit vaults, barrier shacks, and above-ground pad mounts, validating critical siting parameters and component longevity from initial strategy through project completion. Our advisory is structured to support defense prime contractors and engineering firms with the installation, integration, and oversight of BAK-12/14, Type-H, and Textile Braking Systems components. This oversight governs scheduled maintenance protocols, complex troubleshooting for mechanical failures, 10-year overhauls, and final mechanical validation via high-speed taxi tests to deliver mission-critical, life-saving systems that ensure rigid regulatory compliance and absolute pilot safety.

This service delivers comprehensive on-site advisory to develop airfield shops from the ground up or standardize best practices for existing shops, ensuring strict adherence to global safety protocols and regulatory standards. We serve as a direct liaison between barrier shop personnel, commercial airport authorities, fighter wings, and MAJCOM leaders to provide critical operational validation for base operations, shop teams, and fire departments executing emergency rewind procedures. Special focus is placed on quality training program development, compliance documentation, complex IFE reporting, and specialized safety parameters. This advisory delivers mission-critical, life-saving training oversight that protects pilots, crew, and airfield equipment while culminating in a formal Certificate of Competency for validated personnel.

This service delivers rigorous, customizable operational and safety evaluations tailored to exact client requirements, including independent on-site assessments for airfield barrier infrastructure, mechanical tolerances, and documentation continuity. Inspections can be executed as a White Hat preparatory audit to provide shop supervisors with real-world mentorship or as a zero-notice Black Hat mock inspection to rigorously stress-test team readiness. Installation leadership can utilize this service to validate, audit, and certify the accuracy of shop maintenance records. Additionally, this independent advisory is structured to support organizations like the Air Force Civil Engineer Center (AFCEC) by providing third-party technical consulting to validate original equipment manufacturer (OEM) compliance, ensuring absolute flight line reliability and mission readiness.
